How much will it cost 1) from Downtown to Yangfang Industrial Park, Changping District in the morning and 2) from Yangfang Industrial Park, Changping District come back to downtown in the evening?It's about 40-50 km distance.What would be the best way to get taxi from Changping District back to downtown?

The cost may be CNY130-150 due to different traffic conditions. If the rate is acceptable for you, it is fine to tak a cab back and forth. Personally, you may take metro to Wenyang Station on line 16. Then change to a cab to the industrial park. It can be the same way for the return trip.
