Darlene, it is impossible to determine your eligibility because you have not presented your flight itinerary with the exception that you plan to travel to China from Moncton. In other words, if your flight to Beijing has it last stop in Canada, just before Beijing, your flight out of China has to have another country as an immediate point. For example, en eligible itinerary is: Moncton - Toronto - Beijing - Tokyo - Toronto - Moncton. As you can see, the immediate points before and after China are located in two different countries - Canada and Japan.
