I read the info regarding baggage storage at Hongqiao Airport.

It says the hours are between 08:00 and 21:30, which means

1) it's not a coin locker? Is somebody in charge of it? How much do they charge if I leave my 29-inch big suitcase for 3 days?
2) I need to pick it up as early as 5 a.m. Would that be impossible if it's not a coin locker?

Your help would be appreciated! ^^
