Is it wise to travel to the city while I have some lung difficulties? Allergic to grass, flowering trees and astma.

Yes, according to the previous statistics, the air quality will be lightly polluted in the early April. However, if you are allergic to grass, flowering trees, you are advised to tour around in Summer (June to August) because March and April are blossom season in the city.
