About:China Visa Application in USA

I live in Philadelphia. I have a Pennsylvania license.

I also work as a flight attendant. I would like to obtain a Chinese care of next week( Monday), when I am visiting a friend in Chicago. Can I go to the consulate there to get a visa?

Edward, in principle, you should apply for it from the consulate general of PRC in New York. If you don’t have residence permit in Chicago, I’m afraid you cannot apply for it from there.
