About:China Consulate in Houston

I will be traveling to china to get married, I have the 3 documents required and have 2 of them authenticated by the state I live in now, my birth certificate is from another state and could not be authenticated here in Oklahoma. It was issued by the state of Pennsylvania and has the state seal stamped on it. Do i need to have my birth certificate authenticated by the state of Pennsylvania?

Generally speaking, to register marriage in China, the birth certificate does not need to be authenticated.
