i'm transfering in terminal 3, pek from american airlines to cathay pacific what about my

Question

I am flying from Dallas/Fort Worth to Beijing with a 3 hour stop over but will be in the Visa Free 24 hour secure area while waiting. I will then be flying Cathay Pacific to Perth Western Australia. How do I t/f case.  A.A  cannot book all the way through as am flying two different airlines  and cannot leave the zone.

Although with different airlines, you don't need to retrieve your luggage on your own. When going through the customs, show your boarding pass and luggage tag and the staff will help to handle the luggage. All transfer procedure can be finished in the restricted area.
