We will spend our vacation in M this third week of April. My son wants to visit again Hongkong Disneyland, can we go there from M for one day and return back? We come from Philippines.

Yes, you can and it is doable. There are frequent ferries between Macao and Hong Kong. That is very convenient! And you will arrive at China Ferry Terminal or HK-Macao Ferry Terminal in HK.
