About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Asia Family Vacation

My family is flying from San Francisco to Tokyo on 3/20/26, then flying into Hong Kong on 3/28/26. We are then flying to Shanghai to Pudong Airport on 4/1/26. We are going to Disneyland, then leaving on the Bullet Train to go to Beijing on 4/3/26 getting into Beijing non south Railway Station. Then we stay there until 4/6/26 from the Beijing Capital Airport to fly back to San Francisco. Do we qualify for the 240 hour Transit Free Visa? Thank you in advance.

Yes, your itinerary is definitely and undeniably eligible for 240 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa. You should just take care that your flight from Beijing to San Francisco does not have a landing of any kind in Hong Kong. Have a nice visit to China.
