I live on Chang An Avenue nr 1 (Grand Hyatt), what is the closest busstop for me?

And how do I get to Chaoyang park easiest? Do I pay on the bus or before? I am travelling with a baby, what hours should I avoid travelling by bus? I would really appreciate a response as this would make my life a lot easier.
