You have no need to carry the luggage from HK airport to the Ferry Terminal for going to Macau. After arriving at HK airport, you have no need to clear the customs. Go to the ferry counter to buy the ferry ticket and tell them that you have luggage, You need to show them your luggage check-in receipt provided by your air company. The staff will help you transfer the luggage to the ferry.
