About:Visa on Arrival

Do we need an invitation letter at the boarder

Just checking if we need an invitation letter from someone in Shenzhen

No, you do not need any documents if you plan to apply for a Shenzhen VOA. You will arrive at the border crossing (Lo Wu / Luohu) with your passport. Everything else will be done and processed at the Luohu visa office including photos taking.
