About:How to Take Shanghai Metro

This statement doesn't make sense.
'Luggage: One passenger's luggage should be lighter than 20 kilograms (44 pounds) and smaller than 0.15 cubic meters (5.3 cubic feet). The total of the length, width and height of one's luggage should be within 1.8 meters (5.9 feet)'. Does this mean one cannot have a large suitcase which sometimes exceeds 20Kg? Is that 1.8 metre square? Can you give the width, depth and height dimensions instead. Ta.

Yes,it means one can not have a large suitcase which sometimes exceeds 20kg.It is not 1.8 meter square. It means the total length of the length, width and height of one's luggage should be within 1.8 meters. It is hard to give you an exact dimension.
