About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

International transit

I will arrive with Air China from Milan and transit on another Air China flight to Sapporo.
Do I need to go throug passport and carry on check ?

No, I guess you enjoy luggage check-through service as you fly with Air China for both trips. With an interline ticket, you just need to accept a simple security check at capital airport. But still, you are advised to confirm it with your airline.
