visa for 3 days in shenzhen

Hi i have a uk passport and would like to visit shenzhen with my Filipino friend is it possible for us to get a visa at the border? We used to do this a long time ago but i am unsure of the regulations now

You are very likely to get a Shenzhen VOA but your Filipino friend is not guaranteed.
