About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

We are two people, can we bring 3 luggages of 20 kg or is it possible to buy some extra luggage?

And do we also have to watch for liquids and scissors in the big luggage, because on the airplane it is not carry on luggage.
For the Train from Shanghai to Beijing.

You can take 3 luggages of 20 kg. The railway staff is not strict with weight at all. But scissors are not allowed on trains and you need to watch for liquids like alcohol. Drinking water is fine.
