About:How to Travel from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen

Flying from USA to Hong Kong - But need to visit Shenzen

Hello, I need to visit Shenzen, China, but the best flights for me are to fly into Hong Kong and then travel to Shenzen. How does one get the VISA FREE transit on arrival. DO I have to take another flight once I arrive in Hong Kong?

Do you need to go back to HK after visiting Shenzhen? If yes, then you cannot enjoy the free transit. And if you go back to US after trip in Shenzhen, then you are eligible for 144-hour visa-free transit in Shenzhen and get it at Shekou Port or Shenzhen Bao'an Airport.

You can also take a ferry to Shekou or MTR lines to Luohu Port to apply for a Shenzhen visa on arrival at a cost of CNY130. You cannot get the VOA by air at the airport.
