About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hanoi - Shenzhen - Wuhan - UK Transit route

Hello!

Hoping someone can put my mind at ease with my transit through China.

Landing in Shenzhen April 16th at 19:40
Fly Shenzhen to Wuhan April 17th at 08:20-10:15
Fly Wuhan to UK April 17th at 11:50

My understanding is that we would be covered under the 24 hour TWOV, is this correct?

Of course it is. Your itinerary is definitely and undeniably eligible for 24 hour visa free transit.

You are advised to print out your flight tickets and your hotel booking confirmation for your Shenzhen overnight.

Upon arrival in Shenzhen, the first thing you will do is to approach transit counter where you will apply for a temporary entry permit to be allowed to exit the airport. This is free of charge and here you will present those printouts. After a short check, you will be allowed to cross the immigration and to continue your journey all absolutely visa free...

Just one word of "wisdom"... I hope your luggage will be tagged all the way to UK because your layover is quite short in Wuhan and you will have to be very fast in performing the formalities...
