Travel from Korea to Singapore with Malaysian Passport

Hi I’m holding Malaysian Passport and will be layover at Shenzen Airport for 5hours. I want to apply VOA however I did a cross check from few sites that their office hours at Shenzen airport close at 5pm. I will arrive at the airport around 18.30 on 13 Jan 2024. how do I apply the VOA if the office closed? Can someone help me on this issue. thanks in advance.
