About:Visa on Arrival

5 Voa Eligibility for Philippines Passport Holder

Good day, May I know if I am eligible to get VISA on Arrival , I am holding Philippines passport but holding permanent HK ID in Hong kong.I am only planning to visit ZHUHAI for only 2 days.
