visa processing time
are there times that the tourist visa takes more than a month to process for non-canadian citizens? i went to submit my application in Toronto and I was told it might take more than two months, there is no guarantee my visa will be ready within the 3-4business even if I paid express. Since I'm already set to travel back to my home country, Ghana, and I have only about a week to wait before travelling so i didnt want to take the risk. But then again i wonder if it really ever takes that long for people who dont have the canadian passport.
