Actually, you will have to do some changes in your itinerary because you cannot enter Zhuhai from Macau under 240 hour visa free transit. Zhuhai is not an eligible port for entry into mainland China. You can use Shekou (in Shenzhen) or Nansha (south from Guangzhou) ferry ports to enter mainland China from Macau or Hong Kong to mainland China. Beside these two ferry ports there is not a single one when traveling from Macau and/or Hong Kong toward mainland China with the exception of flying of course. There are ferries from Hong Kong to both Shekou and Nansha, but from Macau there is only a ferry to Shekou. So, you will have to have in mind these details when planning your trip. For example, you can exit Hong Kong toward mainland China by taking a ferry to Nansha. From Nansha you can travel to Zhuhai and from Zhuhai to Shenzhen. From Shenzhen you can take a ferry from Shekou to Macau. To conclude, mainland China has to be between Hong Kong and Macau or vice versa and you can travel from Macau or Hong Kong toward mainland China by ferry only to Shekou or Nansha. Also, you will have to buy a ferry (to Macau or Hong Kong) or train exit ticket (to Hong Kong) in advance, even before you depart from Hong Kong or Macau. Also, your stay within mainland China has to be longer than 24 hours to be eligible for 240 hour visa free transit. I understand that this is a bit complicated, but now when you know eligible transport options, you can create the itinerary that will suit your needs best. Have a nice journey.
