Third country exemption
Hello!
My boss has a South Korean passport and wants to travel from Seoul to Dalian, China for 2 days. I read that there is an exemption for 144hrs for South Koreans when travelling to a third country afterwards. Does this mean that Seoul - Dalian - Seoul does not fall under this ?
