Taiwan Passport holder in Singapore, how/ where to apply for travel pass ? going for business trip

If you have a Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents, then you can go to mainland China directly. If you don't have one, then you need to apply for a travel permit in Chinese embassies and consulates in Singapore.
