Do we need a China visa to enter Guangzhou from Hongkong and Macau?

If an indonesian passport wishes to enter Guangzhou from Hongkong and Macau, what are the requirements needed?
Do we need to have a China Visa? Do we need to do a PCR test? Can you tell me all the requirements?

Yes, currently, both visa and covid test are needed for you to come to Guangzhou.
