Humanitarian Visa
Hi,
I have a business license from last month. I was in the process to convert my student visa, since I finish my study, into a work visa.
Since, my student visa was going to expired. I apply for a humanitarian Visa. Meanwhile, I got my work permit card.
But today, the entry/exit said they decline my humanitarian visa, and would have to leave before 31 July. They said I should receive my passport this Friday. They didn't tell why it got rejected. And doesn't want....
My question can I reapply for a humanitarian Visa, or try to apply for a resident permit. Since, I have my work permit, my business license, and my office in operation. I need to find a solution, else I might lose my business , and the money invested in it, since it will be difficult to make it work from outside China.
