About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Humanitarian stay visa

I’m currently on a humanitarian visa and have overstayed for two days. Had an invite letter from a company in a different province and the immigration says I need to use that letter in the other province. Will I be able to switch from the humanitarian visa to the other one?

It's possible and you'd better do it as soon as possible. Overstay do influence your future visa application.
