Hi. Does anyone know how to get a humanitarian visa?

I was working in China but had to return to my home country for family reasons. I have been separated from my fiancee for 14 months now and I really need to get back to China so that we can be married. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have been offered a few jobs but employers reluctant to assist with work permit or embassies in many countries not issuing work permits. I am really at my wits end as I have been trying to get back for the last 6 months. Really need some help.

If you are coming back for private affairs, like getting married, you may try your luck to apply for an S visa. But it's difficult during the pandemic period like what you have experienced in the last 6 months.
