TANSIT FLIGHT FROM TAIWAN TO SHANGHAI

I plan to to take a flight to shanghai with a transit at taipei. do I need to get tested at taipei airport??

Yes, you need to go through the COVID tests at Taipai Airport as well.

If my flight touches taipei in a transit, is there a covid testing center in the airport to get antibody testing .
After uploading the negative results to the Chinese embassy from the airport ,how soon will you give me the QR code .
My total transit in taipei in 9 hrs

Well, you need to contact the airline to see if there is a covid testing center in the Taipei Airport. Actually I don't advise you to make a transit in a third country or region.
