Humanitarian visa

I’m a student here in Harbin. Just graduated. My 2 months visa extension ends after 2 weeks. I want to go to Russia to meet my wife but still no flights to Russia yet. They are going to open Next month. Can I apply for a humanitarian visa to stay a month longer or any other ways to extend my visa ?

You can try to extend your visa one more time at the local exit and entry administration.
