Can a Humanitarian visa be changed to a Study Visa.

My two months automatic extension expires September 3,2020. But I have an admission for another school. I haves apply for a humanitarian visa cause my new school can’t extend my visa now. Can the Humanitarian visa be changed to a Study visa?

Yes, it's possible, but I cannot assure you. So you had better go to the local exit and entry administration to confirm this.
