About:China Student Visa

Humanitarian visa

My wife is Chinese and I hold a resident permit . She is in China and she is really sick .I went to India to meet my mom in February and got stuck because of covid 19. My resident permit expires in August end 2020. I have a doctors certificate and her self declaration .I have tried contacting Chinese Embassy in Delhi but no response . Hope you can guide me in this .

If you can't get touch with the Chinese embassy, it will be hard for you to go back. You have to get through them a special visa in order to go back to China.
