What is the weather in Taiwan on a month of March?

And what especially people wear during this season?

As I know, the average temperature will be around 20C-35C with sporadic showers. It is suggested to wear long-sleeve shirt or thin jacket. Also, it is necessary to take umbrella when you go out.
