About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Extension Humanitarian Visa

I Changed my job recently. I am staying under humanitarian visa. There was some correction so it being delayed to accept work permit application. I won't be able to cover all the procedure within deadline. In this case, Can I apply for extension humanitarian visa for 10-15 days? If I can, is there any good possibilities for approve extension?

Arshed, as far as I know, you cannot extend the humanitarian visa. You can try your luck at the local exit and entry administration.

Thanks for your information. I visited Exit-Entry office. It can be extend if I apply before deadline for work permit. I need to submit applications with all the documents and printed copy of current status of applied work permit. In this case, they provide 30 more days stay permit. Another way is, If my application for work permit accepted but not issued card yet, in this case if I apply with receipt they will accept for three months extension. Thank You!
