About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

15 hours layover in Xiamen.

hi im planning a trip from los angeles to manila Philippines ( im a Philippine passport holder )but theres a 15hour layover in Xiamen via Xiamen airline and I ask Xiamen airline and said I need a transit visa???are they correct??thank you!

Amme, based on what I know, you don't need the transit visa.

Thanks for reply fred, thats what I read too in Chinese Embassy website in manila but i dont to buy the ticket and end up not able to board because of their false knowledge.
