Yes, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 240 hour visa free transit (under the condition that you travel on Swedish passport) and you do not need any kind of visa. You are allowed to travel within mainland China and cross the provincial borders, so there is no any problem with your landing in Xiamen. In reality, it is Xiamen where you will perform all exit formalities and this will be the point where you will formally depart from China. So, please, have in mind that you will cross the exit immigration in Xiamen and not in Dalian. You luggage will be almost certainly tagged all the way to Manila when you check-in in Dalian (however, you should check even this detail at the moment of your check-in in Dalian), but you will formally exit the country in Xiamen, for sure.
