Do I require a transit visa in Hong Kong airport for a stopover of 12 hours?

Hi, I'm a Bangladeshi passport holder and currently living in Canada. I'm planning to visit Bangladesh from Canada. As I was checking air tickets, I saw I have a stopover at HKIA and need to stay 12 hours there before boarding to Dhaka. So, do I require any king of transit visa to stay that 12 hours at HKIA and if so, do I need to apply prior to my stopover to get that visa or will I get on arrival permit to stay at the airport?

No, as I know, you don't need any visa.
