Visa on transit at Beijing International Airport

A Malaysian travelling from Melbourne to London by Air China. Transit in London for 9 hrs and free accommodation at hotel. Need to apply for visa?

Is your flight Melbourne-London-BJ or Melbourne-BJ-London? If it is the second one, you are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit.
