De facto relationship status?
I am not married but rather in a defacto relationship (as recognised by Australian law, but undocumented) to my partner. Would she be recognised as spouse for the purpose of the S1/S2 visa? Is there any documentation we could/would have to source and provide? She is the mother of our 2 children if that makes a difference.
