About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24h rule for flight Amsterdam/NL-Beijing-Frankfurt/DE via same hub?

Dear team,
for a scientific event I am planning a trip starting in Amsterdam/NL, going to Beijing, and then to Frankfurt/DE. Stay in Beijing will be 21h.
However, as both trips use the same airline (Czech Air) both flights have a stopover in Prague/CZ with about 2h pause to safely catch the next flight. All legs will be booked together as one flight.
Is this covered by the 24h rule?
thanks & regards

No. Only the stops immediately before and after Beijing matter. Both of your stops are the same which means it's not transit and hence you must get a visa.
