About:China Consulate in Houston

Do we qualify for the TWOV? We are US Citizens.

We are traveling on a cruise ship that will be traveling from Kagoshima Japan to Shanghai and then to Cheju City South Korea. Will we qualify for the Travel With Out a Visa (TWOV)? or the transit visa?
We are US Citizens.
