Hong-Kong > Shanghai > Taipei

Does the following road permit a 144 hours transit visa to enter in Shanghai?

Its good if you fly. Regardless of the current political issues Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are considered separate regions for transit and immigration by air purposes.
