About:Visa on Arrival

Flying out of Shenzhen

If I come to Shenzhen from Hong Kong and then fly direct to another country without stopping in another Chinese city can I use the Voa visa? Thank you for help.

Yes, you can. This is definitely allowed. There are more and more people doing exactly that because of growing offer of flights from Shenzhen that are usually cheaper than those from Hong Kong.
