About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying from the US to Tokyo - Beijing - Shanghai - Hong Kong.

Total trip is 4 nights Tokyo, 3 nights Beijing, 3 nights Shanghai, 2 nights Hong Kong. Is this itinerary acceptable for the 240 hour visa free transit for a family of 4 US Citizens?
