Visa Transit 144h

Hello,
We will be arriving from Oulan-Bator to Beijing by train, apparently to the central railway station. We will then be leaving 4 days later to France Is it possible to apply for the 144 hours visa at this entry ? Thank you !

Dera, only Beijing West Railway Station is available for this policy, so you can't enjoy 144h visa exemption transit.
