About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

USA > China > North Korea

I am an Indian passport holder, living in USA. I am planning to fly from USA to Beijing, then take a Train to Pyongyang, North Korea. Am I eligible for the 24 hour TWOV in this case? Please let me know, thanks!

No, you are not. This train requires a visa. The only train that has international characteristics and is eligible for visa free transit is Beijing to Hong Kong conventional through train. Of course, if you decide to fly instead of taking a train, you would be eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in Beijing.
