About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Regarding Humanitarian Visa

My work permit has been canceled by current employer, but Resident permit is still valid, but as per law my resident permit is linked to work permit, so once WP canceled within 10 days my Resident Permit would canceled, but i want to stay for another 30 days (Bea cause my new employer applied for new permit) , so need to apply for humaneterian visa , so i would to know what all documents is required. Thanks

When you cancel your residence permit at the Exit and Entry Administration, just ask the officer to issue you a 30-day visa. No special documents are required besides your passport and release letter from your former employer.
