What do you mean? You need to pay if you transfer to other bus, it is not related to the length of time.0

Thank you for your answer. In Seoul and quite a few other cities, city bus allows you to have multiple transfers if the traveling time is within an hour. I was asking if Suzhou has a similar system. I guess not.0
