I will arrive on July 16th in Hong Kong from Milan (Italy) via Helsinki; I will spend 4 days in HK

On July 21st I’ll take a flight from HK to Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai, (Estimated Time of Arrival 12.05 pm)
On July 26th I’ll take a return flight from Pu Dong Airport (Estimated Time of Departure 09.20 am) to Milan via Helsinki
Since:
1) departure location and final destination are different (Hong Kong and Milan);
2) length of stay in SH will start at 00:00 of July 22nd and will finish at 09.20 am of July 26th (that means 24x4 + 9 = 105 hours)
3) flights are booked (edreams.com)
4) hotels are already booked (booking.com)
but although airport in SH are not the same
Do you confirm me that I’m eligible for 144 hours Visa free?
