About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Please. Is there any restriction about the numbers of layovers?

Hello, Im traveling with a Colombian passport and I want to know if I can apply for a 24H TWOV.
My itinerary is Amsterdam to Hong Kong via Beijing. Hong Kong to Seoul via Sheyang. Seoul to Amstedam via Beijing.

You are eligible for free transit, and there is no restriction about the numbers of layover.
